Feedback
We live an active feedback culture – in all directions. That’s why we encourage regular dialogue in team and one-to-one meetings as well as between different teams. You can already rely on predefined feedback cycles during your onboarding.

recruiting process
Our recruiting process varies depending on the department and position. Regardless of the position, one thing is certain: your personality and team fit are at least as essential as your technical skills or professional experience. Above all, it is important to us that you share our values, are passionate about what you do and want to grow with us.
1 Video call
Let’s start with a short video call (approx. 30 min.). We want to find out a bit more about you, your experience and your interest in JUNIQE – and of course you can also ask us questions!
2 Online tests
Online tests are an important part of our process that all candidates go through. We want to get to know your working and decision-making behaviour in professional situations better.
3 First job interview
You will get to know your team lead in a personal interview, and your previous HR contact will also be present. Tell us who you are, how you work and how you want to take JUNIQE forward. And ask us everything you want to know!
4 Case Study
If you have convinced us in the video call and successfully completed the tests, we will send you a case study suitable for the position so that we can better assess your skills.
5 Final step –
Team fit & interview
Finally, you will have a meeting with your future team members. This allows you to get to know your colleagues before the first day and ask questions about daily business. You will then go to the final interview with the management and the hiring manager.

We give you quick feedback at every stage of the application process so that you have your contract in your hands as soon as possible.
